The 6mm smooth round beads are made of natural Hematite (iron oxide) that has been colored/plated with a surface treatment to achieve the golden metallic finish.

Note on the Nature of the Stone: Hematite is naturally dark gray/black metallic in color and, when powdered, releases a red-brown pigment (hence the name hematite , which derives from the Greek haima , meaning blood).
