Danburite is a calcium borosilicate with the chemical formula CaB₂(SiO₄)₂. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, has a hardness of 7–7.5 on the Mohs scale, and a vitreous luster. Its color ranges from transparent to white, but can also appear in delicate shades of pink, pale yellow, or champagne. It is considered a stone of high spiritual vibration, connecting the higher chakras and facilitating communication with the angelic realm.
