Kenaz – Rune of inner fire, vision and transformation

The activation ritual is simple yet profound: trace Kenaz on a candle, or draw it with red or gold ink on paper or stone. Light an orange or red candle, preferably at sunset. Place the carnelian at the solar plexus or over the heart. Pronounce the sacred name: “Keeeh-naaazzz…,” letting your voice resonate like a breath that becomes a flame, igniting and transforming. In meditation, Kenaz appears as a lantern suspended in the darkness, or as an alchemical forge, where every pain can become gold.
